What the fuck happened to my country? I feel like the sad indian who cries at the sight of litter; only the litter is the festering remnants of this once great country. It's been bureaucracied into the ground so deep that we came shooting out of the other side.

Talk about a double edged sword: A-Gumment steps in and helps out these "struggling companies", because some wall street fucktards screwed it up, and now the American people need to bail them out. Gumment gets green light for federal takeover of private business(es). Gumment gets all power crazy and now were communists. A slippery slope. Mayhaps.

B-Gumment does nothing, and we all suffer a terrible and crippling depression because a bunch of wall street fucktards screwed it all kinds of up. Gumment says "Myah, see, we told you this would happen! Hey Barack, Gimme that bill of rights, i need to wipes my ass!" Would Obama willingly hand it over. Mayhaps.

Will the American people be pissed off that the gumment allowed this to happen? Mayhaps. Will the american people not know what to do in the event that there are food gas and other commodity shortages and reduce themselves to primal instincts and rip major cities apart? We'll see. Will we all be screwed no matter what the gumment does in this situation? Most definitely.

There is no good answer here, and I fear that the only outcome out of whichever decision the gumment takes to try and "resolve" the issue is going to destroy america as we know it and leave us with a smoldering husk of its former self.

It will be a sad day when future generations say "America? What was that?"
