Looks like black Duct-Tape.  The adhesive is much stronger, and the "fibrous weave" structure of the tape is also more rugged than your standard Duct Tape.

My only concern is the roll is slightly more expensive and you wind up only getting about half the length roll (12.5' as opposed to 24').


Either way, If anyone needs to stock up on some high-power duct tape, I suggest you try some Black Duct-Tape labeled "Gorilla-Tape".

Gorilla Glue is also good too. It works by expanding like Poycyanurate, and you can bond anything to just about everything. It comes out black, and dries clear.
